-        Keynote Day 2: Christine Carr, M.D., Medical Director, Division of Emergency Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Carr has been recognized by Modern Healthcare for the “most innovative” healthcare IT project.

-        Opening remarks by Leesa Allen, the state’s Executive Medicaid Director, and Authority Chairman David F. Simon.
