TOPIC
In this time when every action by a provider can potentially fall under the scrutiny of a government contracted audit, it is imperative that the clinical, ICD-10-CM code assignment and fiscal information be reviewed for accuracy and consistency BEFORE the billing form is submitted.  Enter the Triple Check process.   Once performed in all facilities, many moved away from this process when the payment system changed in 90's.
Now this important mechanism is re-emerging as a necessary step in the submission process.  Attend this seminar and learn the about the specifics of the claims form (UB-04) and the steps involved in the process.
