RACs AND OTHERS LOOKING AT YOUR RECORDS

With the continuing focus of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on the recoupement of funds expended to health care providers for services to beneficiaries, it is important for a clear understanding of who is tasked with this activity and the facilities response.  For all of those responsible for responding to these requests, it is important to understand what are the appropriate steps to be taken.  Attending this webinar will provide insight into the various entities that are reviewing the appropriateness of the payment and basic guidelines on how to prepare the record for submission.
