Stephanie Kessler

As a partner and consultant with RKL, with more than 20 years of clinical experience in long term care, Ms Kessler has extensive expertise in the areas of operational performance analysis, Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, staff training and reimbursement systems.  She has participated as an instructor/speaker on health care topics at various seminars and conventions for state health care associations as well as to all levels of long term care facility’s staff members.  Ms Kessler’s in-depth knowledge is concentrated in state and federal regulations, operations, reimbursement and all aspects of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.  Ms Kessler is certified as a Resident Assessment Coordinator through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators.  She has extensive experience as a Resident Assessment Coordinator in Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care and Sub-Acute settings. 

Tracy Montag

Ms. Tracy Montag has participated as an instructor/speaker on health topics at various seminars and conventions for the state and national level health care organizations and staff at multiple long term care facilities.  Having participated as the co-leader for the State of Pennsylvania in the MDS 3.0 Pilot Project, she was responsible for the research, data collection and site training piece of the project. She worked as an independent contractor with CMS, participating in educational videos titled: MDS 3.0 and the Interdisciplinary Team and the MDS 3.0 and Facility Leadership. Ms. Montag is identified as an expert in Long Term Care in the MDS 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) User’s Manual
